Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by, and shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with, the internal law of the UK, without regard to principles of conflict of laws.18. Severability

No individual or entity is a third-party beneficiary to this Agreement. Each provision of this Agreement may be enforced only by Approved Access or You or, to the extent permitted by this Agreement, any successor or assignee of Approved Access or You.20. Miscellaneous
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Approved Access with respect to the subject matter of these Terms, and supersede all prior oral and written proposals, representations, understandings and agreements.
